She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Timothy and Reba Timothy; her husband Duane Holmes (Duke); her siblings, Connie Wall Carolyn Anderson, Rea and Neil Maxfield; and her grandson James Holmes.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Holmes (Kay Lynn), GayLynne Case (Kurt) and Michael Holmes (Fawn); her brothers, Phil Timothy and Doug Timothy (Deanna); and her sister-in-law Joanne Timothy. She is also survived by her 3 children, 11 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
