He is survived by: his wife Gloria Buist; his son Rick Buist; and his siblings, Joyce Stubbs (Van), Connie Boren (Gerry), Roger Buist and Boyd Buist. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
