He is survived by: his spouse Julie Walker; his children, Kimberly (Dan) of Farmington, Monica (Marcus) of Roy, Scott of Vernal, Chad (Bobbie Jean) of Vernal and Jacob (Amber) of Neola; and his siblings, Dale (Joann) of Elk Ridge, Perrie (Floy) of Queen Creek, AZ, Charmayne Kasparian of West Valley, Donna Cecil (Dwayne) of Payson, AZ and Roseann Stackhouse of Palm Springs, CA.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions to assist with funeral expenses.
