He is survived by: his mother Roseanna Asire Fouts; his sons, Troy Sevenski (Brook) of Vernal, Allen Fouts (Amanda) of Dinosaur, Justin Fouts (Madison) of Vernal, Kyle Fouts of Vernal, Ryan Fouts (Brionna) of Vernal and John Fouts of Vernal; and his siblings, Danny Fouts, Zeek Fouts, Deana Fouts and Della Harp of Oregon. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
