It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Black (Vernal, Utah), who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Delbert E. Black; his wife Ellie Black; and his brother Kent Black. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Black; his children, Nikki Ingram (James), Jennie Valdez (Chris), Ashli Talbot (Cydney) of Heidi Black, DJ and Matthew Black; and his siblings, Susan Billings, Dan Bird (Sophia) and Jim Bird (Denise). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
