A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roosevelt (250 W 200 N, Roosevelt, UT 84066). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dry Fork Cemetery (6600 W Dry Fork Cemetery Rd, Vernal, UT 84078).
