He is survived by: his brother Nathan Smith; his grandfather Roger Smith; his uncles, Brian Smith (Liana) of Vernal and Jeremy Smith (Sheila) of Stratford, OK; his great-grandparents, Irene and Frank Engle; his great-aunt Norma; his uncle Rex Catt; and his grandmother Wanda Smith.
