He is survived by: his wife Traci; his daughters, Sami Jo McIntyre (Codi Reynolds) of Vernal, UT., Nicole Gardner (Johnny) of Vernal, UT. and Bailee Arbaney (Brock Allred) of Vernal, UT.; his grandsons, Jax, Haze, Knox, Mavryx and Travers; and his sisters, Staphie Turner (Steve) of Surprise, AZ and Alea Brim (John) of Mead, CO.
