He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Darlene, Michael Benner, Jay, Mary Shiozaki, Duane Anderson and Tommy Atwood; and his aunt Lisa Anderson.
He is survived by: his parents, Gerie Galley (Rod) and Tom Shiozaki; his siblings, Andrew Shiozaki, Teisha (Trina), Dustin, Cade and Radford Shiozaki; his nephews, Niko, Locke, Nelson, Ender and Rand; and his grandmothers, Sharon Atwood and Ellen Galley.
