He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donald Winn and Vera Thompson Winn. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his pet Peanut; his children, Brett Winn (Beth), Jeffrey Winn (Amber), Barbie Paredes (Roberto), Sherry Postel (Shawnda) and Stacy; his siblings, Ralph Winn and Karen Boyle; and his stepbrother Bryce Sessions. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren, several nieces and a nephew and numerous cousins.
