It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie Garner (Uintah, Utah), who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Orin Bybee and May Lawson Grix; her brother Reid Bybee; and her children, Wayne Garner (Vicki), Randy Garner (Patty), Jan Reid Garner (Denise), Perry, Justin Garner (Lisa), Sandy and Ronda Bateman (Boyd). She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren; 29 great- grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
