He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Summers (Timothy); his daughter Shelly Mathis (Summers); his siblings, Shanna Davenport (Summers) and Randy Summers; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Dudley (Mathis), Sam Mathis and Grace Mathis.
