He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stephen Hales, Glenna Hales, Arthur Marriott and Zina Marriott; his father-in-law Doug Tolman; his son Samuel George Hales; and his nephew Wyatt.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Brady (Chuck), Cody (Tiger), Jack (Jackalope), Andrew (Fish), Gracie (Princess Buttercup), Elizabeth (Sweet Pea) and Isabella (Peanut); his parents, Paul Hales and Arlene Hales; his siblings, Stephen Stokes (Monique) of Garland and Loriann Stokes (Loren) of Fielding; his mother-in-law Elaine Tolman of Honeyville; and his brother Steve. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers there is a fund set up in Scott's name at Members First Credit Union, 120 East 1000 South, Brigham City, to help with expenses.
