He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharon Butler (Blecha) and Gary Butler. He is survived by: his wife Stacie Kofoed; his children, Jenny, Amy Butler (Mark), Jennifer Butler Parkin, Hayden Kofoed (Alexz) and Tucker Kofoed; his grandchildren, Hazen, Kyler, Kailee, Cyneshia, Kaiden and Cynthia (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Ezyriah and Jaxson; and his siblings, Don Gale (Diane), Bob Butler, Shauna Glance (Rob), David Butler (Diane) and Kim Bennett (Todd).
