She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry F. Shulz and Dortha Beckstead Shulz; her husband George J. Palmer; her siblings, Henry J Shulz and RaNae Hooper; her grandchildren, Lacy Palmer and Chad Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Emilio Sida, Brylee Allen and Paisley Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Ron (Connie), Quinn (Mitzi), Tony (Melanie) and Keith (Michelle); and her sister Sandy Payne (Dimmon). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
