He is survived by: his mother Eileen Mildred Sylvester; his wife Janette Sylvester; his sister Jamie Davidson; his daughters, Stephanie Hom, Kelli Rogl, Jodi Sylvester and Nikki Sylvester-Gapko; and his pet Jenna. He is also survived by his friends, mom and sister.
