He was predeceased by: his parents, Elinore Daisy Mandry and Philip Alonzo Pugsley. He is survived by: his children, Brian Philip Pugsley (Christy), Christy Pugsley (Tom), James Kevin Pugsley and Baby Boy; his wife Janie; and his sisters, Daisy Louise and Sheryl.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jim's name to the missionary fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or the Huntsman Cancer Center.
