He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vernal Hill and Christina Gee; and his siblings, Hilda, Randolf, Carl, Norma, Don, Merrill, Maxine, Dorline, Jay, Gerald "Buck" and Burk.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hill; his children, Julie Ann Tolman (Dennis), Leonard (Holly), Lorraine Christensen (Jim), Todd (Karen) and Janese Mickelson (Brian); and his siblings, Theron (Thora), Dorothy Thompson, Glen, Mary Tracy, Kevin Nordgren and Dr. Jan-Erik Schow. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, Frank would be honored if you made a donation to the general missionary fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
