He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Eugene Elmer Mahnke; his parents, Elmer William Mahnke and Hazel May Barfuss; his former wife Laura Jean Anderson; his wife Temple; and his children, Paul (Bethann), Trina Polanowski, Angela Robison, Emily Cave (Chris) and Celeste Miranda (Isaac). He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
