With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dixie Kotter (Tremonton, Utah), who passed away on February 5, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Kotter and Mavis Kotter; and her siblings, David (Jan), Richard (Denise) and Sally Nelson (Doug). She was also cherished by 13 nieces and nephews, and 46 great nieces and nephews.
