She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Dora Ruth Williams Foxley; her son Val Dean; her grandson Tyson Norvel Wise; and her sister Ema Lou Andreasen.
She is survived by: her spouse Norvel "Nick" Estep; her daughters, Laurie Wise (Curtis), Leslie Morrison (Tad) and Teri Wilkey (Dave); and her grandchildren, Justin Wise (Cathy), Derk Wise, Braydon Wise (Ashlee), Jared Morrison (Erika), Mandi Couch (Boe), Matt Morrison (Carli), Jeremy Wilkey (Jamie), Lacee Wilkey, Wade Wilkey (Emmeline) and Landon Wilkey (Carly). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
