He was predeceased by: his father Beb Okada. He is survived by: his daughters, Felicia Decker, Catherine Meidell (James), Serena Burton (Brian), Bonnie Bunn (Brian) and Sachiko Okada; his mother Ila Okada; and his siblings, Trudy Kamisato (Ryan), Connie Sakashita (Phillip) and Craig Okada (Jessica). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
