He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pratt (Jay) and Arlyne June Kunkel Johnson; and his brother Brian K. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Johnson; his children, Stormie Johnson Stansfield and G. Kyle Johnson; his stepchildren, Dara Wilson and Michael Wilson; his grandchildren, Sydney (Gabe), Mitchell (McKenzie), Levi and Michael Wilson, Jr.; his brother Russell Johnson (Buck); and his sister-in-law Karen O. Johnson.
