He is survived by: his wife Susan Cook; his children, Allen Kunz, Joy Newsome (John), Colene Muesborn (Dennis), Janet Chenoweth (Lisa Kate Nelson), Diana Bess (Douglas) and Lisa Hughes (Mike); his stepchildren, Doug Curfew (Jane), Laura Kemner (JR) and Bob Curfew (Rachael); and his brother John Kunz (Carolyn). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
