He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Charles Blue and Dolores Beatrice Blue. He is survived by: his significant other Cherie Bigelow; his children, Calynthia Blue (Andre), Jamie Humphreys (Danny), Shawn Moore (Nattalie) and Josephine Valencia (Daniel); his stepmother Jeanette Blue; and his brother Kevin Blue (Jen). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
