He is survived by: his wife Mary Tracy; and his children, Richard L. Tracy (Stephanie), Maryann Hansen (Bryan), Raymond Tracy (Shelly), Russell Tracy (Tamara), Kathleen Tutor (Jimmy) and Kaylynn Arthur (Gary). He is also survived by 17 grand-children and 7 great-grand-children.
