She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Barth Mcphie and Luana Ahlstrom McPhie; her husband Stanley LaRay Jacobson; her son David; and her siblings, Beth, Kay, Leland and Dennis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Myrna, Christine Ames (Robbie), Kathy Boltz (Pat), Janine Nielsen and Lynette Pearson (Dale); her grandchildren, Larry Butler (April), Jeramy Ogden (Elsa), Shawn Boltz, Crystal Butts (Cody) and Amber Brinson (Joe); and her sisters, Janice Shirley (Butch), Rosie Stice and Tina McPhie. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
