She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Gouldsmith and Ruth Gouldsmith; her grandparents, Bill and Maurine Anelli; her husband George J. Warren; her daughter Lori Manning; her sisters, Donna Jensen and Virginia Anderson; and her grandson Daniel Hampton.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hampton (Larry), Michael Warren (Patricia), Jody Lopez (Bobby) and Keith Warren (Candi); her grandchildren, Jason Lopez (Brandie), Kelly Barber (Jeremie), Jeramy Manning (Jami), Tawny Lopez, Sydney Millet (Nate) and Hannah Warren; and her brother Marshall Gouldsmith. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary (140 N Main St, Hurricane, UT 84737). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LaVerkin City Cemetery (580 N State St, La Verkin, UT 84745).
