Makayla Shinton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2024, at the age of 26, Makayla Shinton (Tooele, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her granddaughter LaRae Stephens. She is survived by: her significant other Zach Larson of Heber; her parents, Christina Shinton and Jeremy Hale; her grandparents, Harry of Tooele, Teresa Shinton of Tooele, Bob Whitehouse of Tooele, Joe and Michelle Perkins; her brother Quaid; her sister-in-law Kaitlin Larson of Heber, Utah.; her grandchildren, Reeda Whitehouse, Joseph and Chad Larson; and also, Rocky Balboa, Trayger, Bibip and Mary. She is also survived by Numerous step siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Makayla's name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
