He was predeceased by: his parents, Drucilla Carter and Frank Carter; his son Christopher P Carter; and his brothers, Bud, Bob and Kent Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Judy C. Carter; his son Andrew T. Carter; his daughter-in-law Lisa Carter; and his sister Bonnie Holdaway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
