He was predeceased by: his parents, Elson Hall and Elna Hall; his daughter Sandra Lee Sandberg; and his wife Ann. He is survived by: his children, Rae Ann Hall Ellis, Valerie Hammond (Chris) and David Hall (Suzanne). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
