She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Smith; her daughters, Catherine Leonelli (Anthony) and Misty Roth; her brothers, Mike Smith (Gerlee), Matt Smith and Kenneth Smith (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Seaera Roth, Chayce Hodges, Sydney Roth, Talon Roth, Aspen Sutton and Samuel Leonelli.
