He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nicolas Rodriguez and Guadalupe Rodriguez; his wife Bea Rodriguez of Tooele; his son Eric Rodriguez of Highland Ranch; his daughter-in-law Shannon Rodriguez; his daughter Gaylene Silvestri of Stansbury Park; his son-in-law John Silvestri; his grandchildren, Dominic, Dante, Danica Silvestri, Eric and Maddison Rodriguez; and his siblings, Marylee Murillo of Las Vegas, Felix Rodriguez of San Jose and Ruby Facio of Porterville. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
