She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Snyder and Renee Snyder (Averett) of Mapleton; her husband Gary Ray Fowler; her children, Chantelle Carter (Seth), Michelle Fowler of Tooele, Christopher Fowler (Amber), Matthew Fowler (Katie), Colton Fowler of Tooele and Renee Fowler of Taylorsville; and her brother Robert Snyder (Bill). She was also cherished by four grandchildren; five brothers and one sister.

“Was so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. She has been in my thoughts through out all at the passing years. I will always remember the fun times we had,Halloween party's at her house getting together in her bedroom just to talk.cruising around town and just getting together with other friends. Love her family although I haven't seen them since I moved away over 30 years ago. Now her pain is gone and she is having another kind of party. Love you Judy,until we meet and can talk again.”
