Josephine Garcia Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025, at the age of 96, Josephine Garcia (Tooele, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Garcia; her sons, Rudy and Charlie; and her parents, Jose Brito and Maxine Brito.
She is survived by: her children, Tessie Duran (John), Joseph Garcia, Philbert Garcia (Kimberly), Elaine Burke (Rick), Ronnie Garcia (Brenda) and David Garcia (Aileen); her sisters, Betty B. Quintana and Berniece Contretas; her grandson Leandro Aragon; her siblings, Aurora B. Fernandez, Ben E. Brito, Nelson Brito, Adela Mondragon, Eloida Vargas and Albert Brito; and also Henry Brito. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Marguerite Catholic Church (15 S 7th St, Tooele, UT 84074). A rosary will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Marguerites Parish (15 S 7th St, Tooele, UT 84074).
