James Hansen Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate James Hansen (Tooele, Utah), whose life came to an end on January 16, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Lars Hansen and Mattie Dean Mahan Hansen; and his brother Donald Lee Hansen (Elaine). He is survived by: his wife Lorna Allred; and his children, Norman Hansen (Sharon) and Linda Elliott (Jim). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the LDS Church (132 N 570 E, Tooele, UT 84074). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Jim has requested that donations be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Humanitarian Aid Fund or Missionary Fund.
