He was predeceased by: his parents, Edria Casteel and Alice Casteel (Hickman); his wife Rae Jean Casteel; his son Dusty J. Casteel; his brothers, Gene and Jed Casteel; and his granddaughter Kyndra Casteel.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Casteel (Michell) of West Point, Utah and Shawnee Casteel of Tooele, Utah.; his grandchildren, Mitchell Coleman, Kestra Mitchell (Dusty), Tristyn Casteel and Trevyn Casteel (Bri); and his great grandchild Hudson Mitchell. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, close family and many friends.
