He is survived by: his wife Shauna Fox; his daughters, Jackie Cole (Jim) and Kim Fox; his stepson Carl Lewis; his grandchildren, Dakota Hutsell (Kylie), Weston Hutsell, Jaymz Fox, Melissa Mortenson, Sierra, Michael, Elliot, Echo and CJ; and his siblings, Cathy Young (Max), Ellen, Duke Fox and Bobby Fox.
