He was predeceased by: his parents, Patia Hendrickson Frailey (Vine Street Hospital) and George E. Frailey, Sr.; his sisters, Beverly Callister and Patia Hansen; and his grandson Zachary G. Gamble.

He is survived by: his children, Allison Turner (Tom) and Paul Frailey (Tracy); his sisters, Danna James and Coralee Erickson; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Busico, Greg Lloyd, Erin Frailey, Elliot Frailey, Teresa and T. J. Turner.
