He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee and Rayda Beth King; his nephews, Adam Muir and Mark Lee King; his sisters, Linda McLamore (Ron) and Carol Heffron (Ric); his in-laws, John and Peggy Surdam; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce Maddox and Tim Surdam.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his siblings, Pat Maddox (Craig), Leanna Lott (Al) and Jim King Dan King (Cheryl); his daughters, Tamara Cameron (Chris) and Jaimie Kibbee (Jason); and his grandchildren, Landon, Lily, Owen Kibbee and Wyatt Jacobs.
