“Clovis Vialpando, I met him back in the early 80's at Tooele Army Depot and Chatted with him almost every day, I worked with Art and He would make his rounds to check up on him, I really didn't know his first name at the time just referred to him as Art's Dad. He was always giving me advice on how to make the Best of the Depot. As i Later left The Depot we would Cross Paths and was great to See him as always.
