She is survived by: her siblings, Lynnette Smith, Delajean Smith Berry (Milo), Deanna Smith Hislop (John), Greg Smith (Ellen), Gary Smith (Lori) and Gerald Smith (Lea); her husband Mark David Tate; her children, Cassie Tate (Dan Owen), Kacey Tate, Mark Gary Tate, Kami Tate Fields (Chris) and Michael Lynn Tate; her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kalissa, Kimber and Kori Palmer; her mother-in-law Joyce Kirk Tate; and her siblings-in-law, Neal Tate (Barbra), Paul Tate (Carolee) and Marcy Hardy. She is also survived by her husband; children; grandchildren; siblings; nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the LDS Church (415 W Apple St, Grantsville, UT 84029). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
