He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William Holt and Afton Eleanor Anderson; his sisters, Delores Griffith, Sharon Larae Keates, Carol Faye Buzzard (Gary Buzzard) and Shirley Nak (Larry Nak); and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Marie (Knight) Holt (Scott).

He is survived by: his wife Elva Darlene Erickson; his sons, Scott William Holt and Michael Larry Holt (Shelley Ann); his brother David Holt; his brothers-in-law, Marlow Griffith and Terrell Keate; and his grandchildren, Daniel Scott Holt (Tami Lynn), Steven William (Marie), Kyle William Holt (Amanda) and Krystal Ann (Ray Sporleder). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
