He is survived by: his children, Debbie Curtis (Robert), Christie Burrell (Brett) and Timothy; his grandchildren, Marissa Dennis, Ariana Smalley (John), Austin Curtis, Megan Curtis, Nikolai Curtis, Adilyn Dennis, Breanna Curtis and Weston Dennis; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Micheal; and his niece Beverly. He is also survived by great-grandchild.
