He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Henry Moore and Nora Gilman Moore; his wife Alberta; his daughters, Debi and Sheril; and his siblings, Hal and Kathy.
He is survived by: his son Ken (Terry); and his brother Keith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and more than 10 great-grandchildren.
