He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley William Parker and Naomi Phyllis King; and his sister Elma P Larsen. He is survived by: his sister Shirlene P. Cook. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 8 great-nieces, 4 great-nephews, 9 great-great-nieces, and 6 great-great-nephews.
