He is survived by: his father Bruce Mackay Smith; his stepmother Carol Smith; his stepsiblings, Jayson Collins, Carie Collins, Amber (Drew Hardrath), Andrea (Jonathan Jensen) and Angela (Josh Blackstone); and his sister Jessica Cioffi. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
