He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Simpson and Barlow Emanuel Simpson; and his brother-in-law Ronald Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Leslee Ann Simpson; his sister Dorthy Taylor; his daughters, Julie Simpson and Melissa Palmer (Joel); and his grandson Galen Palmer.
