He is survived by: his mother Nancy Kay Peck; his children, Joseph Kell, Sariah Kell and Elizabeth Brooker (Paul); his grandchildren, Kent, Jane and Paige Brooker; and his siblings, Sandra Winegar (Kent), Jan Haliburton, Daniel Lanier, Mark Chadwick, Matthew Lanier Chadwick (Gail) and Michael Chadwick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
