He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Carlos Gabriel Uruchurtu; his wife Vauneil Syndergaard; and his children, Carlos, Rick, Brian (Tina), Cathy, Kerry (Gary), Karen (Kevin) and Camille. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
